After receiving a call from Home choice I was relieved and hopeful that my problem would be sorted. Even their feedback message was encouraging but what a disappointment. Noxolo promised to call me back later that day or the next day after sending required documents. I'm still waiting for her call over a week later and she has not responded to my email. I don't know what is happening with the account and after calling the call centre I was informed that my account is still with attorneys and they cant help me. Extremely disappointed and frustrated doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this whole home choice mess.
