I'm extremely upset as I was credited with R2895 due to stock not being available, of which I only used R828 on the 21st of Dec.
When I logged on today it stated that I had R0 credit because R2067 was 'refunded to CC' but no explanation as to why. Can someone please explain this as it is over R2000 that has just been taken without any explanation. This money was paid into the takealot account and then refunded as store credit but they took it back again so bluntly put, it is my money as I have not placed orders which cover that amount.
Furthermore when I received the refund there was no indication of an expiry date.
