Bad service, breach of contract and bad attitude

We found this company online when we were organising our wedding for the 10th of november, we paid her over R13000 in full and building up to the wedding she was already not answering her phone or replying emails and texts, on the wedding day she came with turquoise napkins instead of teal, we told her we didn't want turquoise we eventually agreed to go with white napkins but then while we were getting dressed she put up the turquoise anyway, we had hired King and Queen chairs for our high table and she put plastic signs written king and queen on plastic chairs and claims they cost R350 each yet the contract clearly stated we had hired chairs, the ceiling draping fell off halfway through the night and her answer was that they have never fallen before, after all the above she disappeared from the venue and stopped answering her phone,
she only picked up her phone the next day when we threatened her with confiscating her deco stuff, when she eventually came the day after the wedding she was unapologetic and refused to accept the blame for shoddy service.
Our day was ruined and looked nothing like what we had paid for yet the contractor just didn't care
