I received an sms from cna saying the following:
'Get up to 50% off Christmas Decorations, Gift Wrap and Crackers at the Christmas Sale from 19-22 Dec. Hurry to CNA today, while stocks last. SMS stop to opt out'
Yesterday was the 19 Dec so I made my way to the CNA hartbeespoort village mall. Only to my surprise when I got there, there were no such specials advertised. I walked around looking everywhere for the up to 50% sign and stuff... NOTHING!
I then walked to the till and asked for the special offers section of stuff and the gentleman replied 'there is no special'. By now i was annoyed. How can you sms saying that there is a special and the cna itself doesn't even know about it. So someone somewhere is once again incompetent.
I then told him about my sms to which he said 'ah no, we not doing it today-only tomorrow we gonna start' - there u have it!!! He expected me to accept that and be all happy and merry!!! I drove 30min just to go to cna!!!
So my question is, who is in the wrong here? Cna head office or cna hartbeespoort?
Then when I argue my point they speak to each other in setswana as they know I won't understand! -unprofessional staff!
