Malebo completely surprised me today by 1) finding the sale stock that I loved but was missing and not available at any other store anymore and 2) actually phoning me to tell me that they found it and I could come and collect it.
I never expected anyone to get back to me so it was a great surprise. When I thanked her profusely she just shrugged it off with a smile saying she promised to phone me so that's what she did. Please give her the recognition she deserves for taking customer service seriously.
Love my new curtains, thank you Malebo. It's very refreshing to receive great service these days.
