Generally, I am one quick to complain to poor service delivery, equally quick to compliment to quality service! Heres my story!! What I consider a SUPER SALE was advertised by Game Gate Way in the week of the 14/11/13, no fault of mine I was unable to take advantage of this " super specials"! I was unable to lay my hands on one particular item viz:, a 32" flat screen television set, priced ridiculously low!! I will omit and not delve on the detailed explanation of my grievance "of how I was initially disadvantaged from buying this tv special " on the day of the sale, instead place on record my wonderful experience of a certain gentleman, employed at Game who conducted business in a professional manner, I find hard to ignore!! DEON MURUGAS, ever so cool with a smile, well mannered fit to hold Game Appliances Floor Manager! You listened uninterrupted to my telephonic grievance, made me feel important and assured me my complain will be addressed adequately. Happy ending to my story: DEON MURUGAS handed me my priced purchase at the Super Special Rate. Thank you DEON, its true "you always win at Game"!
