I have been checking out Zando for a while but always been skeptical of online shopping, especially after noting that they don't do COD in my area (Bryanston, Jhb). Eventually decided to try it out after months of debating with myself.
Saw a cute bag I'd been eyeing for a while, checked out, paid by credit card (crossing fingers, hoping for no hassles!) - completed the transaction at a few minutes after 5pm. Just after 10am the next morning (EXACTLY 17 HOURS LATER) the guy from Courier-It was at my gate with the delivery!!!
I couldn't believe it - I am out-of-this-world impressed with Zando and will most definitely be making more purchases this way!
