On friday 8 Nov I was rushing to Rustenburg and needed to do a transaction at the checkers nicolway. A lady helped me and needed some kind of authorisation from a Mr Morne (that's what she called him) - he walked to the till, did not once make eye contact with me and carried on, I of course being a sucker for good service asked why am I not being greeted, he mumbled a greeting and still did not maintain eye contact. For me that is terrible service and I really do not wish to pull out any cards here but this was unacceptable Mr Morne
