Due to an insurance claim I am in the process of finalizing I have been requested to supply a FULL DETAILED breakdown of each item and its cost.
The assessor advised that he would accept nothing short of a statement or a receipt.
I called into the service department and spoke to three different people and was told I could only get my monthly statements from them, if i needed a breakdown I would need to go to the branch.
When I went to the branch the service department had no idea what I was asking for and needed to call and see how they can help. Please note that she called the very same line I called the day before.
We were then told that they could help me and would send it to me via email that afternoon.
Naturally I was scepital and asked the lady a further time "Are you sure you uderstand what I need? " she said "Yes, I have done this before."
The email came through as promised and to my DELIGHT... it was not what i asked for!!!
I don't have time to try and explain what I need. Shouldn't they be trained on these things. I still need this breakdown and would appreciate it if someone would help me, I'm tired of trying!!!
