I purchased a spirit cooler from spar 3 weeks ago and after my guests complained about tummy pains realised that the spirit cooler was expired.
i took it back to the store where the manager said that he would send it back to his suppliers and call me back with feedback by that weeks end.
he never did so i returned to the store and he again said that he was waiting for his suppliers to get back to him.
i waited another week and he didnt call to say that he is still waiting or anything. i went back to the store and the staff say that he isnt in. they refused to call him or even give me his details so that i could call him to find out what the situation was.
up to this day i am still waiting for a call and he hasnt called back.
i have been incnvienienced and embarresed becaused of this stored poor managment. Spar really needs to wake their stores up.
