Nestle dont respond to customer query

I have twice emailed Nestle with a query on the colourants contained (or not contained) in their Smarties in Milk Chocolate 80g slab, and receive no reply. I am unable to submit a query online as one of the mandatory fields does not "activate", so emailed them at the address given on their website.
