Endurance Home Gym cables damaged - 1 month old

I bought the Home Gym after I gave up gym membership on 23 Ayg 2013. 30 September cables were damaged that I cannot use the equipment. I phone Makro and tell them that I don't want this quality. They make their problem mine and I had to phone the supplier M5 Sports Solutions who came out on the 2nd October. They send out a techgnician who only analised the problem and tell us that they have to order parts and they will coem and fix it this week 7 October. i followed up only to hear that the parts will ariive in 7-14 days time. I cannot use the gym because the plastic on the cables are damaged and get stuck on the poollie. Yea=sterday and today I engaged with the managementr of Makro and they are not prepared to take the equipment back, even though I offered them to go to a better quality. I lost my trust in the equipment because this is going to happen over and over in future. I cannot see that a R2000 piece of equipment only last for 1.5 month? This is totally . please help. Thanks
