FOREIGN BODY IN ICE CREAM

On Friday 20th September 2013 we bought ICE CREAM. In my wife's bowl of ICE CREAM was a piece of PLASTIC foreign to the ICE CREAM.
I actually wrote the company about this and attached photographs of the offending piece of PLASTIC, but to date I've had ZERO response.
