I went to protea glen mall with my friend to pay our accounts. My friend's account was handed over to the lawyers because of poor payment history so we were asked to go and pay at the customer service since he doesn't have a card and he's using previous slips to pay.we were assisted by some Rude girl called Bobo. She asked my friend to produce ad I'd and he produced a license. She didn't want to accept it and insisted on a green I'd book. I mean, who carries an I'd around these days? On realising that they were arguing abt the I'd, I decided to chip in and explain to her that we have been paying for the same account previously using the reciepts and they never asked us to give them an I'd before, furthermore a drivers license does work as some proof of identity. She then told me to shut up and take my friend who can't pay his bills in time to other edgars stores, not hers. She also told me that I'm wearing cheap clothes and worn out shoes because we can't pay our accounts. I felt insulted since my account is up to date. I strongly recomend that she gets re-course on public relations or atleast a re-induction course given the fact that she's working at a custome services area
