Very disappointed by your very poor systems that cannot notify an item is out of stock. A samsung 32' LED TV is STILL on display when there is no stock in store. I went through all the licence verification, paid from my debit card then only was I told that there is no stock and will be refunded after 24 hours. That is very wrong. Compared to MAKRO, Pik n Pay Hyper and Checkers, you are the WORST and your customer service is very poor no wonder why there are very long quees at the returns section. Its paining me to be having JUST a gift voucher and you having my money in your account when I all i needed was a TV. Worst still your customer service is very poor and without knowledge of your so complex processes.
