On the 14th of September I bought shoes from woolwoths Musgrave but the following Friday they broke. I had already trown away myslipbut went to the shop anyway. At the customer servive desk on the 21st September i was assisted by Cecilia who gldly replaced the shoes and was very friendly while doing so. Thank you for great service.
