Went to the the store to cancell a Lay-Buye - their response was that they cannot refund me as they have no cash on sight??? Faiza the sales consultant got very irritated with and rolled her eyes at me when i requested to speak to the store Manager. the Manager came eventually after i had to wait for almost 10minutes. i explained that i was in my lunch time and surely she could make a call on this and just take it from their float??? she responded that they cannot do that... and insisted that they do not have any money and asked if i could come back!! obviously i declined and told her that this does not make sense to me at all... very poor customer service i had to accept that they will only be able to refund me as soon as they make a sale...
utterly disgusted by this poor servce and the cherry on top is that the Manager repsonded to me in Afrikaans even though i spoke English to her... WTH!!!
