I would like to thank the people at Builders Express in Middelburg for excellent service recieved! I have to single out Adam (not sure about surname) who travelled to Johannesburg to bring us an (R216.00) item the very next day, when they did not have stock. This is excellent service and going the extra mile!!
This is also in contrast to the Builders Warehous in eMalahleni, where I am still waiting for an item (R2600.00) to be delivered two weeks after purchase!! They can come learn something about customer service from the Middelburg branch.
