It's always a mission to get someone to help you, then if you do get assistance, your endless line of frustrations begins for just trying to buy a simple off the shelf product, which at other retailers you can take from the shelf, pay at a cashier and leave a happy customer.
Yesterday we visited Game Kolonade after I came across a special on an iPad in their weekly brochures, this offer only started 2 days ago, so, you would think they will have stock. At first I had to find someone to assist me, when I did 15 minutes later I was told its not his department, so, eventually someone assisted. Now they 1st have to check stock availability, ok, they don' t have my specific colour (white), I can not understand this but was willing to go for the black one. Again, they had to check for stock, 10 minutes later he confirmed that they did, now after getting a hand written invoice we first had to pay for the items, so you stand in very unpractical queues, specials placed in the middle of queues, no space almost for the customers to queue. After paying, going back to the sales person, now waiting for your merchandise, getting it finally after 45 minutes!! Customer service, I don't think so?
