I went to Maponya mall to re-size a engagement ring but the service i got there was horrible, earlier in the day i called they head office to inquiry about process to re size a new ring that was bought at the shop its big

GAIL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT JEWELLERY DIVISION) the lady i spoke to was nice she told me exactly what i need to tell the sales consultant at the branch, i did that they got so angry and told me the how am not the first person to purchase a ring that need re sizing

while still busy with me they got friends that they entertaining, they took away all excitement i had about my ring

i wouldn't advice anyone to purchase anything from that branch they are rude
