My mother, young daughter and I were on the way to the Coast from Nelspruit when we experienced violent shuddering on our little Chev Spark coming in to Newcastle. We'd taken the car to GM Motors/Tiger Wheel in Nelspruit to have it all checked out and they charged us a fortune to fix a whole bunch of things I didn't fully understand. I paid in the hope that we would be safe on the road, but 600km later we were in trouble. I walked into Tiger Wheel in Newcastle feeling stressed and distraught. My husband (who normalley took care of this sort of thing) died in August and I felt quite lost in the wake of this latest crisis. Thank we were delivered into the hands of Mohammed and Fatimah. Mohammed immediately took charge, contacted Tiger Wheel Nelspruit and did a full diagnostic on our car, eventually diagnosing a separated tyre. He took great pains to make sure EVERYTHING on the car was perfect while Fatimah calmed us down and fed us coffee. Mohammed also took it upon himself to recoup the cost of his time etc from Nelspruit branch, so the whole thing cost me a new tyre. I left with my faith in humanity restored, and a safe car.
