I bought a fusion track pants at the total sport in promenade and wanted to wear it for the first time on sunday just to find a small whole in the pants by my knee. i then took the pants back to the store yesterday and they refuse to exchange it and the Manager lameez davids told me that there is nothing she can do as it is not there problem and im suppose to check the stuff when i buy it. i asked if i can call the head office and they said they not allowed to make calls. so i made the call at american swiss. but funny enough when i came back for the 2nd time they did not waist time and tel me they can exchange it without any hassel, i mean why waist my time with an argument and making phone calls first then they wanna change it? and lameez has bad attitude towards clients and because of the bad service i did not take another pants i took it off from my acc.
