Expensive tv packing up

Hi,

I Bought a sony bravia 2 in 2009 for R11999 and it is starting to pack up.

Now, you cant tell me that a tv that costs that much only lasts - 4 years, this is the 2nd product that I bought from makro that is giving problems!!!
