Query with returned stock

I purchased 2 x Amanda duvet online and received 2 x amandas not the same as the picture online. I returned them on 29/7/2013 and got a call to say received 7/8/2013 and account has been credited. I then phoned as I paid cash and wanted the money refunded and when i did they said only received one duvet and i know there was 2 x Duvets. oN 14/8 i had a guy phone and he said he will follow up never heared from him on 16/8 phoned again to lay complaint. I receive message on phone to say resolved 19/8 got all excited as at last it sorted only to phone and see it is still not resolved. Phoned again on the 20/8 as the lady said I need to fax my invoice through to show 2 invoices which i did and never heared from her again. Phoned again on 22/8 where I logged call with Lynette thought better take names and not long after that got a call from patricia asking for my slip from the post office so she can check the weight I said with the accounts she phoned back to say received will sort out today the 27/08/2013 still heared nothing how many times does one have to phone and a query to sort out. Do they not get back to you so frustating...
