Placed an order for medication to be delivered at work only to discover no box or leaflet was enclosed. No one has contacted me back even after calling and lodging a formal complaint on the website.
I called again lady dis chem the faxed an unclear leaflet which I couldn't make out who also dismissed my query.
Highly incompetent staff i had to lodge a complaint on their websited call several times to get a response only to be given intruction over the phone.
