I'm looking for a particular hair dye made by Schwarzkkopf, and have been unable to find it in any of the Clicks stores in my area. I called three stores, but it was Melissa, from West Coast Village, who took it upon herself to follow up for me in trying to access the product.
She has not been able to get hold of the product yet, but has called me back twice to report on how she is progressing. This sort of service is rare - and much appreciated. Thanks Melissa, you have made my day.
