Store close before advertised time

I drove 40km and paid R16 to go to Metro just to be told the store is close at 13H10, Before driving I checked the website and they advertise their hours as 09H00 to 13H30 on Sundays. Security guard refuse to call store Manager, when a young arrive he said this is the manager and then to be told I'm an idiod and that there is no store time advertised on the website as it is under construction, The website is still up and running no mention of new store hours. I do hope that they keep their doors closed as this is not the way to treat customers, worst service.
