Incorrect pricing at paypoints

The last two times I bought products from Hoedspruit Pick and Pay, some item's prices differed from the shelve to the paypoint. First item in question was PnP's Sweet Chilli sauce, that went from R12.99 on the shelve to R15.99 at the paypoint. I pointed out the issue to the chashier, upon which she was assisted by her manager, I was refunded the difference and as per Pick and Pay's guidelines, received a free product. Today (21/0/2013) the product in question was Lipton Ice tea, going from R18.99 on the shelve to R22.99 at the paypoint. Getting fed-up with this persistant pricing issue, I went straight to the manager, who was very unhelpful. Telling him it is unaceptable that this is happening in a regular basis, he only mentioned that they are working on it. He only refunded me the difference between paypoint and shelve price, upon enquiring about Pick and Pay's policy of, the first item wrongly priced is for free, everything thereafter in your basket/bought will be at the lower shelve price, he simply ignored myquestion. This is about the fourth time in as many months and twice in a week with the same problem.
