I have never experienced service like this is my life! on purchasing a comforter set that cost R3883, I packed it away and a few months later decided to use it for christmas, i washed it for the 1st time. I thought i was happy until it started falling apart, i then was given grief about not returing it within the 14 days because of this policy. In this period of time i purchased pots aswell and i was told to pay for them end of feb2013, it was not to my liking so i posted them back the very next day. i have sent the pots back on 08 dec 2012 and my comforter back on the 24th de c 2012. i have called a dozen times from joburg to capetown trying to sort this out! According to them they can not do anything because it was not sent to their warehouse!!! i have to now also pay for the pots along with my instalment of my duvet. R796 in total. When querying this i was told it will be credited to my account. I am furious because why should i pay this amount instead of R257 (MY INSTALMENT) for their mistake. I WILL be closing this account and warning my family and friends! They always call me to buy buy buy, but NO1 can help otherwise!
