I called them a month ago about exactly the same problem I had before where their rainbow milkshakes were off/sour! They promised to replace it but up until now have done absolutely nothing! I called in with the reference number I was given about 2 weeks ago and was told it takes more than a month to post a letter from jhb!!! What an excuse!! They really take me even for an now to!! To post a letter to there or durban takes about 4 to 5 days but it just goes to show what they take you for!!!
