Sick and tired of excuses

I have been buying Chesterfield red 30/s for years and am amazed that a store the size of Pick N Pay Plattekloof continually run out. Now I have heard every excuse that you could wish to hear and am finally tired of this. Get your act together and sort this out for once and for all. If the Rep from the cigarette company is to blame the he needs to be pulled across the coals but if it is a Pick n Pay problem well address as I will take my business elsewhere. I might add if you check your records you will see it is not the first time that I have addressed the same problem with the same st0re so much so that the previous time they even had the cigarette rep contact me with a and bull story
