I bought a CD of which the sound was somewhat distorted (on my equipment!), and upon complaining to them, they immediately contacted the supplier, apologised to me and ordered another copy. When that arrived they tested it on their equipment and promptly sent it on. It is PERFECT, and I'm very HAPPY. Thank you Loot.
