On Thursday the 13th of June round about 3 pm my husband went to the somerset west
Branch he purchased R3300 of equipment and clothing! He purchased a Nike track suit that was originally
R799 but marked down to R500 and was assured by the floor sales man that it was for the whole track suit.
While ringing up it came to the manager and sales lady's attention that it was not meant to be on the floor!
The manager then proceeded to swear under his breath and show how unhappy he was about this situation!
My husband then proceeded to pay the full amount as he was severely agitated by the poor customer service!
A customer is meant to pay the price that is on the tag, it's not out fault that you have poor stick control management. It's not about the R300 rand it's about the principle of the matter and poor managerial skills!
