I had placed an order online, but as they were out of stock they could not deliver within their stated delivery period. However they kept me up to date throughout the day with regards to the status of my order and when they realised they would not be able to meet the deadline they sent me a more expensive product (after checking that I would be happy with the replacement first) instead without me having to pay in the difference.
Very rare these days to find this super service.
