I had an issue with an article of clothing that I had bought from a shop that was made by Phoebe & Floyd.
Because I had sent to America as a gift, I was unable to return the article in order to replace it or receive a refund.
Despite this, the company still gave me a full refund and gave me prompt and excellent service.
Unfortunately good customer service tends to be rare these days and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with me.
It boosts my confidence as a customer and I will definite not only continue to support this brand but encourage others to do so too!
