I bought meat of about R800 in different packages of R100 each as it was different types of meat, as always there will be someone weighing it and giving it to you may require it,
then i left the service counter to go and pay, then all of a sudden two white male came from nowhere and scratched in my trolley, without telling me what is it in particular they were looking for, upon enquiry i was told that they were checking if it was priced right...
but good customer service would have been that they ask me if they could check and what is it that they are checking, iwould have gladly allowed them to do so... but they did it cheekily and when i told them they cant just go through my stuff like that tyhey told me since i havent paid for it they can do as they wish...
i used to buy there religiously so and bulk quantities, but as of today they must know that they have lost a customer and if they continue to treat their clients like that they will loose more clients.
or maybe i was treated like that because i am a black man???
