Hi my husband has an account with woolworths and the account is up to date so far, the thing is every months before end of the month my husabnd get a call from woolworths agent asking him when is he going to pay, and it is so irritating the fact that they call before end of the month and we know we have to pay at the end of the month and this is happening every month, it will be understandable if we skipped a payment and the call after end of the month. this shows bad customer relationship, at the moment we are pushing to close this account forever.
