Foreign particles inside Fuze tea

From work, I stopped at Spar, Underwood road to buy some necesseties. I bought 1.5l Fuze tea, as it is my wife's favorate, at home she opened& poured it but to her surprised there were foreign particles floating inside the bottle. This was very traumatic to her and very much unacceptable as you would expect consumable products to be checked.
