Dear Sir/Madam
On the 20 March 2013 I bought "the superb simple non design 2.5 HDD Mobile External Enclosure with USB/eSATA interface R499.95 .
However, my first day use of your product, I noticed that the USB3. interface was very fragile yet working, and on the 22 April 2013 as I unplugged the USB connector it broke the interface.
I took it back to the shop to complain and get it repaired. They said there is nothing they can do for me.
I then asked for the suppliers details so that I can lay my complain directly with them; Baleseng the repairs/service lady, contacted the Head Office for the suppliers contacts, they said they don't have them, I must leave my details they will contact me. They did not call. A week later I went back, to be told that they haven't found the contacts yet, and that they will search their invoices and come back to me. All I ask for, is for you not to punish me for poor workmanship, Please get my product repaired or replaced. As for your service I am not impressed. May you kindly do Quality Control measures on products.
