Just when I was on my last nerve

If it wasn't for Patrick in your ADT accounts dept - ADT would really be a lost cause - a huge query on my account which I've been trying to sort out for month's - and nobody else at your ADT office was able to clarify or understand for that matter -Patrick was able to assist me with, promptly and courteously and that is becoming more and more surprising in the new South Africa. Well done Patrick you are a credit to your company - hope they appreciate you - otherwise you should be headhunted - a person of your type of calibre is rare indeed (in the "new" South Africa)
