Incorrect equipment installed

Lindiwe Nyamusisa, "Sales consultant" sold the incorrect outdoor sensors to me in November 2013. When I asked her to resolve it, she hung up the call. I called their call centre throughout December & no one could care less that I had paid for incorrect equipment. I raised this with Mr Danny Maringa & Larry Olifant & it still has not been resolved THREE MONTHS LATER. I debited for R3800 to date & I just transferred R2000 last week to ADT. Larry said they will advise the technical team to do the installation once they received payment! This should have been done last week & no-one at ADT seems to care that I have paid R5800 for something that DOES NOT WORK!!! The ignorance & incompetence of a global company of this magnitude is shocking & disappointing!!! Regards, Tamara: 082 940 2893
