POOR RESPONSE TIME

I've had enough! Why do you pay every month, but do not get service!
23 minutes response time!!! When they finally arrived, did not even check that I am the owner and not an intruder!!! No password asked or my name - nothing - JUST THAT HE DON'T KNOW WHY IT TOOK SO LONG. And its not the first time that ADT dissapoints.
