Terminated contract yet continue to bill

I am the School bursar at McAuley House School in Parktown. The reference on my bank statement is JHMCA000ADTB212998.

STOP DEBITING OUR SCHOOL ACCOUNT! We terminated the service with ADT in June. ADT did not even respond or contact us to acknowledge our letter. Yet the money is deducted monthly.
