SYSTEM NOT WORKING

I complaint in January 2012 system not working. Everysince then Ctrack could not fix the problem and I have all the repair slips on file to proof tthis. I have eventually booked a repair for 21 December 2012 so that Boksburg branch can fix update. I have spend time in Boksburg from 10:00am - 13.30pm and still Ctrack could not fix the problem. I have asked them to close up system as they agreed to come and fix the problem early January 2013. When I phoned in January to find out when they coming to repair problem they refered me to Annallise the new Branch Manager. I explained to her the history and she promised to fix the problem, but never got back to me. I later found my sim card have been given to another client and I received all updateds. They told me my account has been handed to legal. Sorry but I'm not paying for a system that not working. Now Ctrack has handed me over to Van Rhyn Attorneys and Ref 117481 and to be blacklisted.
