Driving in north cliff has become such a hazard. don't the beagle watch guys know how to stop @ stop streets and don't their vehicles have indicators. have almost been bumped twice by these guys. and they love to speed go pass some and then almost go to a crawl speed. I wish they could teach these guys how to drive properly
