I ordered the CCTC Cameras which ADT advertised on SMS. The sales person came to my house and I signed up and paid a 50% deposit, then the technician came out and wanted to charge me about 60% of the purchase price to install the cameras, where the ad indicated installation included. I stopped the process and asked for my money back, after about 10 calls and 5 emails, no response from ADT and today, they even took the other 50% from my account. Needless to say, still no cameras instaled either. This is just shocking service and false representation of products by representatives of ADT.
