I contacted Shaun (sales consultant) and requested for the service department to come and do their annual free service. Shaun gave me a date and time, via email. 2 Weeks later after no show, I received a message on my cell phone from Bernard. Bernard sent me a email confirming that the service dept would be at my premises between 13:30 - 14:00. I made arrangements to be home. But then received a phone call 1 HOUR LATER that the team was running late, and said that they were on their way to my property!
I DO NOT allow just anyone into my house, hence the security gates all round my house, and they wanted to come to my premises whilst my domestic worker is there.
I am utterly disgusted by MAXIDOOR and their disgusting service!
DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 24HR SERVICE ON INSTALLATION!!! Its all a bunch of!
Rather spend the extra money and install Trellidoor or any other product, and you will be guaranteed excellent service & quality!!!
