ADT does not respond in more ways than one

We were burgled on the morning of the 23rd April 2013. The security guard took over 10 minutes to arrive. When we inspected the kitchen the guard nor I noticed that the perpertrators gained entry through a small kitchen window. This was only discovered the next morning. This is not acceptable.
We phoned ADT and requested somebody to come out so that we could increase our security. The person came out on the 29th April 2013. To date I have still not received a quotation. This is 8 days later.
In contrast Beagle Watch gave me a detailed quotation on the 24th April 2013.
Many months ago, our ADT signs have been. We have phoned on numerous occassions for these to be replaced but it falls on deaf ears.
Lastly their website does not have a way to complain via email, giving me no alternative but to use more accessible forums. I have switched from Chubb to ADT and will not hesitate to switch to Beagle Watch if I have to.
