Multichoice have no sense of Urgency!!!

I spent almost R70 in airtime holding on because one of your staff members couldnt do their work properly. I asked for a down grade when I called earlier in the day and the consultant de-activated my access, so i had to call back when i got home again! Please hire more staff, and make sure they're competent before putting them on the line! No response needed!!! NOTHING WILL BE DONE ANYWAY!!!
