MNET keeps the magic coming again and again

Annual price increases on DSTV's subscription bouquets havent stopped the broadcasting giant from rerunning episodes of their prime time series over and over again since December 2012, with the weak excuse that "its fresh" from the US. As a premium customer paying R800 plus a month I certainly would expect a far more professional level of service. Given that its the year 2013, we certainly have seen a marked decrease in service standards. My attempts to use the same cheque as used the previous month, to pay my monthly premium have been met with hugely undecipheral responses from customer service managers which never attempt to address the problem.
